Disaster has struck once again for Marco Reus, as it was reported that he will be the player to miss Euro 2016 after the head-coach of the German national squad, Joachim Loew, didn’t include him in the 23 players that will be going to France.
Loew stated in the media “He (Reus) has massive health problems. He can only walk straight.”
The terrible news for Reus was announced on his 27th Birthday, which definitely ruined the celebrations for the Borussia Dortmund star. Moreover, the tweet that his ex-teammate Mario Gotze had posted earlier surely didn’t make Reus feel better:
Gotze did remove the post, but the one that followed definitely wasn’t better. The Bayern Munich player tried to express his sadness of not playing with Reus in the Euro, but instead of him, he tagged another person accidentally.
A bad day for Gotze on social media.
