Manchester United have made their first official signing of the summer! Despite the fact that it’s not as blockbuster as everyone expected, the Red Devils were able to lure Villarreal’s defender Eric Bailly.
The Ivory Coast player cost United around 30 million pounds, but he will undoubtedly prove to be a vital piece in the defense Jose Mourinho is currently building. Bailly had a pretty good 2015-16 season with Villarreal, in which he showed some pretty huge potential in terms of growing up and becoming a world class defender – something that Manchester fans are surely looking up to.
Bailly also gave his first interview as a player of Manchester United and it was more than evident how much he wanted to be at Old Trafford.
