Since the start of the 2016-17 Premier League season and the appointment of Antonio Conte, Chelse were looking pretty well on the pitch and nothing like last year. However, that was until their game against Liverpool.
The Blues suffered a pretty bad loss at home last night, as Jurgen Klopp’s men simply outplayed them and easily won with a 1-2 score. However, the result could have been a lot worse, as Liverpool absolutely dominated the first-half and if it wasn’t for a number of misses, Chelsea were going to be humiliated in front of their own crowd.
After the game Conte seemed pretty upset with both his players and himself. The Italian manager confessed that his team was not ready for such a dangerous Liverpool team and that he should have made some substitutes earlier than he actually did.
