Joe Hart could be back in the Premier League next season as West Ham come looming with a proposed season-long loan, reports Sky Sports.
The England international spent last season on loan at Torino in Serie A, his first move abroad, after Pep Guardiola deemed him surplus to requirements at Manchester City.
Joe Hart’s chances of returning to Manchester City narrowed further when the club announced the signing of Benfica goalkeeper Ederson for £34.9 million in June.
The Hammers appear frontrunners for Hart’s signature as they seek to complete a deal that will see them pay 50% of his £100,000 per week contract with Manchester City for the duration of the loan.
Sky Sports have also claimed that West Ham are hoping to include an option to purchase next summer.
Should Joe Hart join West Ham, he would be the second Manchester City player to join the club over the summer following the arrival of Argentine full-back Pablo Zabaleta.
West Ham are yet to add any further signings thus far and were recently unsuccessful with a £20 million bid for Stoke City forward Marko Arnautovic.
